How we protect reader trust

Editorial Policy

Our editorial standards are designed to keep reviews useful, independent, and easy to audit.

Editorial Independence

Editors choose topics based on reader need, product relevance, availability, and category gaps. Merchants and affiliate networks do not approve our verdicts before publication.

Product Testing Standards

Where possible, we combine range sessions, on-course use, launch monitor notes, fitting feedback, and specification checks. We label research-led content when direct testing is not available.

Fact Checking

Specifications, model names, shaft options, release timing, and pricing context are checked against manufacturer information or reputable retail sources before publication.

Update Policy

Major buying guides are reviewed at least quarterly, and key equipment pages are updated when models change, pricing shifts, or reader feedback reveals a missing use case.

Sponsored Content Policy

Sponsored placements, if accepted, are clearly labeled. Sponsored content cannot purchase a positive review, editor's choice label, or comparison win.
